​After spending four years in Europe serving my country, and visiting London, Cambridge, Oxford, Ipswich and many other cities in England, I also explored several small villages in Italy as well. And I soon began to realize that it was those life changing experiences, that were literally changing my whole perspective on life, people, foods, cultures, and also giving me a totally new understanding of humanity, which somehow has a way of connecting all of us as one community of mankind.
